Michelle Sanders
Michelle joined ÎçÒ¹¾ç³¡ in 2025, having previously been the Managing Director of Samworth Brothers Futures, where she focused on exploring upcoming trends and fostering connections in non-traditional retail domains. Here she also drove significant foresight on future industry trends and challenges including health, supply chain resilience and ESG.
She initially joined Samworth Brothers as Sales Director in 2013 and moved her way up through other business and commercial roles, including Category Commercial Director for the ‘food to go’ division – the company’s largest sector. Prior to that, she worked at Noble Foods and Associated British Foods.
Michelle lives in Leicestershire with her partner and their two sausage dogs. She enjoys keeping fit, which offsets her passion for cooking delicious food!
