With a 150-seat workplace restaurant that was struggling to cope with the demand of providing lunch for the 400-strong workforce听at the time,听the Eurest听team and Cambridge Consultants realised听quickly that听a radical re-think was in order.听
The catering specialists听worked together听with the firm听to re-plan both听the听front and back of house, making sure all aspects of the听workplace听restaurant could comfortably听host听400 plus people.听

The refurbished restaurant听was successful launched and has become听the relaxed hub听that both parties听visualised, comfortably able to cope with feeding every member of the workforce听on their breaks.听
