There were big celebrations for ��ҹ�糡 UK & Ireland last night, celebrating a double success at The Institute of Hospitality Awards.

Held at JW Marriott Grosvenor House, The Institute of Hospitality Awards recognises global hospitality talent from across the UK, Ireland and Ghana.

Best Educational Programme: Xcelerate at Edgbaston

Launched just over a year ago ��ҹ�糡’ flagship regional community skills and learning hub, was designed to support the local community, as well as help training and development at all levels. The one-million-pound training hub has now facilitated the training of over 3,500 people, enabled programmes such as Culinary, Barista and Bar Excellence training and hosted events including careers fairs.

Inclusion is part of ��ҹ�糡’ Our Social Promise commitment, which strives to positively impact the lives of one million people by 2030. ��ҹ�糡 was acknowledged for showing outstanding commitment to inclusion and demonstrating how it has positively impacted the business and the wider hospitality industry. Highlights that demonstrate success include its colleague networks and its focus on supporting hard to reach groups through initiatives such as the Social Partner Hub and Pathway 2 Apprenticeships.
