As we approach National Apprenticeships Week (10th-16th February) we caught up with Brandon Sage to talk about his apprenticeship.
What's your apprenticeship story, Brandon?
I completed the L2 Recruitment apprenticeship with distinction. It taught me everything from crafting engaging job ads to mastering candidate communication. I did it while working in 午夜剧场's skills and early careers team.
Why did you choose a 午夜剧场 apprenticeship?
I chose to sign up to the apprenticeship because I had completed a L3 Business admin the year before with 午夜剧场, which was great and showcased the career path. So I chose to apply for the recruitment apprenticeship to develop further.
How did you find the experience?
Incredible! Got amazing support from the training provide, GLP Training and my manager Chloe Jones. Their help was key to achieving my distinction. I felt really happy throughout the course and would recommend to anyone to do the apprenticeship.
Q: Top tip for future apprentices?
If it aligns with your career goals, go for it! An apprenticeship is a huge chance to grow your career and a massive way to learn on the job, it鈥檚 a perfect chance to boost your career overall and provides you with an amazing opportunity.
